On March 21, 2007, Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) questioned Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice regarding the State Department's efforts to defeat legislation recognizing the Armenian Genocide (H.Res.106/S.Res.106). This occurred during the U.S. House Appropriations Subcommittee on State-Foreign Operations meeting.
