ON FIRST INTERNATIONAL FORUM “ARMENIAN APRICOT”
Dear Friend,
We invite you to participate at the “Armenian Apricot” International Conference, which will be organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia and the National Academy of Science on 6-7 July, 2007 in Yerevan.
Armenia is one of the cradles of sunny apricot and golden grape. During a thousand years under biblical Ararat Mountain’s look the Armenian people has cultivated grape and fruits, made wine and dried fruits and abundantly treated its guests. Name of the Armenian grape and fruits has been spread all over the world. Moreover, due to superior qualitative characteristics of the Armenian apricot, the scientific community called the apricot variety Armeniaca mill, i.e. Armenian apple.
The objective of the “Armenian Apricot” International Conference is to revive good traditions of our ancestors. We invite you with pleasure to Armenia to participate at scientific conference and business-forum, to taste apricots, as well as dried fruits, marmalades, juices, vodka and other products made from the Armenian apricot.
You will have an opportunity to visit apricot orchards and processing enterprises, to discuss export opportunities and to discover miracle world of the Armenian apricot.
