What is ATG? Armenian Technology Group is a non profit organization based in Fresno, Ca. Its core mission is to help Armenian villagers achieve better agricultural outputs and self sustenance through training and implementation of targeted local projects throughout Armenia and Karabakh. For more information on the organization and their activities, please visit their site by clicking the above link. What is the bike-a-thon? As part of their fundraising efforts, some members of the ATG have been organizing bike rides in Armenia and Karabakh for the past 4 years. Who are we ? We are a group of Armenians who have decided to join the next bike-a-thon in Armenia. We all have different reasons and objectives for committing to this event. However, the primary reason is to participate in a once-in-a-lifetime experience doing what we enjoy, while helping others in the mean time . What can you do? You can support ATG by making direct tax deductible contributions to ATG (visit the site for details) or make your contributions through one of the bike group members if you are a friend or family member. If you work for a corporation, getting matching funds is also a very good way to raise funds for ATG. Finally, you could also join the bike group if you are interested. This site will be updated throughout the next 10 months. Let the journey begin...
