20 01 2009 - Charles Aznavour, ambassador of Armenia in Switzerland?

The famous and international French-Armenian singer, Charles Aznavour, could be appointed ambassador of Armenia in Switzerland. This was declared yesterday by its manager Levon Sayan during a press conference at the International Market of the Disc and Music Publishing in Cannes (France). Mr. Aznavour received on this occasion an honorary distinction for his artistic career. He moreover stated to be happy for the election of Barak Obama. " The day of his election, I sent a official letter to him", he said.
