Julian Movsesian, MBA
President/CEO
Julian Movsesian is the President and founder of Capital Management Strategies, Inc. and the President and CEO of Succession Capital Alliance.
Julian began his career in the insurance business in 1985 when he went to work for Connecticut Mutual Life, known today as MassMutual Life. Since his first year in the business, he has consistently been ranked as one of the top life insurance producers in the company.
Julian's skills as an innovator in the insurance industry are recognized nationally. He is invited frequently to be a guest speaker at national conferences for leading insurance companies. He has received numerous awards and honors and has qualified for the Top of the Table of the Million Dollar Round Table consistently as well as being granted Lifetime Qualifier status.
In 1996, while being one of the leading agents in the industry, he came out with his most exciting endeavor, the creation of the financed insurance concept, the Capital Maximization Strategy (CMS). The idea for CMS came to him when a client hesitated over writing an $800,000 premium check for a large policy. "The client told me that to cover the check, he would have to earn $1.6 million before taxes. Why couldn't he finance the premium the same as his real estate deals?" explained Julian.
Based on that simple question, Julian implemented a way for wealthy clients to borrow annual premium payments on large life insurance policies. The concept hit the mark. Since the program went national in 1996, over $2.3 billion in premiums have been financed through the Capital Maximization Strategy and over $24 billion of permanent life insurance has been placed. Today, CMS is endorsed by 10 major life insurance carriers, and continues to be nationally respected and recognized as the largest, longest running premium finance program in the insurance industry.
