Thirteen portraits were added to the most recent exhibition titled, ’77 years of Ara Guler,’ held at Fotografevi on the occasion of his 77th birthday . The gallery was opened in St. Petersburg in cooperation with Russian Federation National Photograph Center and Fotografevi.
The exhibition will be open for visitation during February 24- April 9. The exhibition includes the portraits of Salvador Dali, Joseph Koudelka, Elia Kazan, Ansel Adams, Sabastiao Salgado, Man Ray, Alfred Hitchkok, Tennessee Williams, John Berger, William Sarojan, Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso and Bill Brandt, in addition to Ara Guler’s classic black and whites. The same exhibition will meet photograph lovers from Moscow in May.
