"The freedom of expression it is not that to handle the history nor that to deny the historical obviousnesses". It's what the French Minister of Interior, Nicolas Sarkozy, wrote (future candidate to the election of the presidency of republic in 2007, chairman of UMP party), in a letter of June 23, 2006 addressed to Derya Bulduk,President of turkish Association "Free Memories" (Belgium), which had challenged the minister on the subject of the law envisaging the penalization of the negation of the Armenian genocide.
